FAQ

How long do the classes last?

Classes generally run in 4-week blocks from the first week of each month, with each session lasting approximately 50 minutes.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring plenty of small, tasty treats, your dog's favourite toy, and make sure your dog is on a flat collar (or harness) lead (No Flexi Leads).

Are there any restrictions for dogs attending the classes?

Our classes are open to dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors, the only exceptions are banned or restricted breeds.

If you're unsure whether your dog would be comfortable or suitable for a group class, please get in touch before booking. We're always happy to discuss your individual circumstances.

What happens if I miss a class?

Due to the structure of our classes, missed sessions, in most cases cannot be made up or transferred.

Please make sure you can attend all four sessions before booking.

Can my family attend the classes with me?

Absolutely! Family involvement is encouraged — training is even more rewarding when everyone gets involved.

We do ask that children are supervised at all times and are respectful of the dogs, their handlers and other participants.

What if my dog isn't suitable for group classes?

I strive to accommodate as many dogs as possible, but some dogs may not thrive in a group environment.

If I feel your dog would be better suited to a different type of training, we'll talk through the options with you and help find an appropriate alternative.

How do I sign up for a class?

Simply browse the available classes on the website and use the 'Enrol Now' section to book your preferred class.

What is your refund policy?

I do have a no refund policy, though they may be offered before the course begins if I'm able to resell your place.

Once the course has started, refunds are not available

There will be an admin charge for any refunds made
